LECTURES

Please prepare your presentation in the following format:

• Slide format: 16:9
• Recommended file type: PowerPoint (.pptx)
• Alternative format: PDF

🎥 If your presentation includes videos, please ensure that:

• They are properly embedded in your PowerPoint file
• Or have them ready as separate files for manual upload if needed

💻 Presentation upload: Presentations must be handed over to the technician at “Presentation upload desk”, located near the registration desk (in the foyer of the conference halls). Presentations will be distributed automatically from this location to the individual halls.

🖥️ Presentation setup: All presentations will be run from local computers in each lecture halls.

⏰ Deadline for upload: No later than during the break preceding your session.

📁 File naming convention: Please name your presentation file using your surname without diacritics (e.g., Freichels.pptx).

📧 Optional advance submission: You may also send your presentation in advance via email to: kinc@amca.cz. If your file is too large to send by email, please use a file transfer service such as WeTransfer.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please bring a printed poster for your presentation.

• preferred size and layout: A0 (height 1189 mm × width 841 mm), portrait layout
• A1-sized posters (portrait or landscape layout) will also fit the poster boards
